Clemco BNP Series
Clemco’s BNP series cabinets are the flagship of the ZERO® product line. These are well-built systems with endless options available to accommodate both small-time and large-scale production applications. BNP’s are available in suction or pressure fed configurations, each with their own dust collector/reclaimer options. Cabinet sizes range from smaller 42” x 32” models to “mini blast rooms” with working dimensions of 69” x 70.5”. In efforts of providing complete customization, available upgrades now include track extensions, turntables, roller systems, sound deadening kits, automation kits and much more. For applications where steel abrasive is the media of choice, high wear components, and curtain upgrades are available and can be installed as part of a finished system. For high throughput/production environments, an ergonomic version of the BNP cabinet is available which allows the operator to assume a more comfortable position while blasting, thus improving posture while reducing fatigue and overall wear to the body. A few of the BNP models are listed in the literature links below.
